- Managing and maintaining different buildings facilities utilities and roads.

- Providing insurance services for facilities safeguard inwards only cleaning and transportation except air transport and means of transportation.

- Coordinating maintaining lighting landscaping roads and fields.

- Possessing billboards including electronic boards reselling and leasing them by commercial exploitation.

- Financial leasing subject to provisions of financial leasing Law.

- Working in the field of tourism development and recreational activities.

- Establishing managing and operating recreational and cultural centers restaurants cafeterias and stores of all kinds.

- Working in the field of interior designs and decor supplying equipment and furnishings adding new materials and necessary furniture.

- Real estate investment and marketing.

- Urban development of lands all over the Republic and equipment with utilities and services by establishing infrastructure of these lands, providing them with utilities dividing them setting up housing or tourist cities (apartments and villas) for itself or third parties and providing all relevant services.
