Mylerz Egypt for logistics and technology is hiring Senior HR Specialist

Location: Elsheikh Zayed

3+ Years of proven experience with at least 2 years in Recruitment & OD and good Knowledge & participation with:

Performance management system.

Training & Development.

Payroll.

Requirements:

Very good English

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office

Excellent communication skills

Able to build Excellent Recruitment process and tools

Preferably having a previous shipping background

Experience in recruiting blue collars

Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines

Flexible in participating in other HR functions whenever need (rotational job description)

HR diploma or any relevant certificates is a must
