*Switch plus* (Apple Authorized Reseller in Egypt) is hiring: -

- *Retail Sales indoor* (Apple stores) *(Alexandria)* and *(Hurgada)*

*Key Responsibilities:*

Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.

Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.

Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.

Prepare sales slips or sales contracts.

*Requirements:*

• Bachelor Degree.

• Experience from 0 to 3 years in sales.

• Good Command of English.

• Computer skills (Word processing, Microsoft Office, email and chat technologies)

• Preferred if he had apple background

• Max age 30.
