-exp from 3 - 6 years n real estate field
***Main duties
• Assist in management of financial department with responsibility of budgets, payrolls and customers account ( A/P & A/R).
• Ensured compliance with accounts guidelines.
• Liaised with banker related to financial transactions.
• Preparing and reviewing abstracts of contractors & suppliers extracts and preparing their reports to determine the construction costs.
• Managing bank accounts, maintaining financial records, performing banking operations.
• Prepare and review daily Cash Position (Daily).

• Responsible for coordinating client’s checks and make the daily cash and non-cash transactions report and make excel reports.
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly financial statement.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation requesting disbursements.
