Sales Engineer

Job Description

This role will be responsible for achieving sales and marketing targets of the Generator business in the named geography. This is a junior management position reporting to the Country Manager. The person would drive the after sales operations and be responsible for the overall P&L and operations, customer satisfaction and enhancing market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales plan, order pipeline, budgeting, P&L and achievement of sales targets.
• Inputs for import plan of Generators based on sales order pipeline.
• Institutional, Government, Fleet and retail sales.
• Sales strategies aligned to the annual business plan of the company w.r.t. Market Share and profitability targets.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 5- 10 years of experience with major brands in a similar role.
• Strong technical and operational background Should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• French is an added advantage
• Educational Qualifications: Engineering with qualifications Sales & Marketing

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs

Salary: EGP 10,000 – 15,000
