Sales Support Specialist
Job Description
Requirements:
- Males only.
- Any Bachelor degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales support or After sales field.
- Very good computer skills + ERP experience is more preferred.
- Excellent communication & customer focus skills.
Some of job responsibilities:
- Receive Sales orders from clients & create Purchase orders for requested items, and manage approval process.
- Prepare sales proposals and tender to customers and sales persons, and follow up the offers made.
- Produce/Amend standard forms for use to assist the sales team. Ensure that all documentation in office is up to date.
- Provide necessary data, daily, weekly and monthly reports within required deadlines to help the sales team.
- Handle daily requests & contracts and implements it on the system.
- Record/input sales releases, cancellations, exchanges & hand- overs into the sales information system.
- Liaise with sales consultants and ensure they receive relevant copies of letters, price lists, memo’s, reports and standard forms by fax or post regularly.
