Secretary
As a Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting daily administrative and organizational tasks. You’ll help keep the office running smoothly by managing schedules, documents, and communications in a professional and efficient manner.
🔷Your Responsibilities:
* Manage and organize executive schedules, meetings, and appointments.
* Prepare and format official documents, reports, and presentations.
* Maintain an organized filing system—both physical and digital.
* Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters) professionally.
* Follow up on deadlines, action items, and internal requests.
* Coordinate between departments and ensure smooth workflow.
* Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
🔷Qualifications:
* 1–4 years of experience in a similar administrative/secretarial role.
* Excellent English (spoken & written).
* Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
* Presentable with strong communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
