Ökoplan is seeking to hire the following position: 

- BIM Architect , with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Building Information Modeling (BIM) Architect to join our forward-thinking design team. The BIM Architect will play a pivotal role in integrating BIM technologies into our architectural projects, enhancing collaboration, efficiency, and accuracy throughout the entire project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and a demonstrated proficiency in BIM software and methodologies.

Job Description

· Create and maintain 3D models using BIM software.

· Review and coordinate Revit models.

· Update Revit models through various stages (up to LOD 300).

· Create family types.

· Coordinate with members of the design and technical teams.

Required Skills

· Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Microsoft programs.

· Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
