We're Hiring: Mechanical Engineer at Contrack Facilities Management S.A.E

 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting)

• Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate implementation on-site

• Monitor performance of mechanical systems and propose efficiency improvements

• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and mechanical upgrades

• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain documentation, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and compliance records

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards, and manufacturer recommendations

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or facilities management

• Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on troubleshooting experience

• Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
