3. Project Architect (2–5+ years of experience)

🔹 Mechanical Department:

4. Mechanical Team Leader (12+ years of experience)

5. Mechanical Engineer  (10+ years of experience)

6. Mechanical Engineer  (2–5+ years of experience)

🔹 Electrical Department:

7. Electrical Engineer (10+ years of experience)

8. Electrical Engineer (2–5+ years of experience)

🔹 Structural Department:

9. Structural Team Leader (12+ years of experience)

🎓 Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

- Experience in Saudi Arabian construction/design projects

- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (ACC)

- Knowledge of Saudi building codes and local permitting procedures

- Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills

- Fluency in Arabic and English

- Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus
