(Accounts Receivable ) 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Accountant to manage financial accounts for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, bookkeeping, and providing strategic financial advice. 

This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Financial Management: 

Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

 • Bookkeeping: 

Process transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and manage general ledger entries.

 • Reporting: 

Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports for clients.

 • Audit & Compliance: 

Ensure all financial records comply with regulations and support external audits when needed.

 • Software & Systems: 

Use accounting software (such as QuickBooks, ERP, or SAP) to manage client accounts.

Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

 • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a client-accounts role in real estate companies is A plus+.

 • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

 • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (ERP system Expert).

 • Excellent communication and client management skills.

 • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

 • Experience in managing multiple client accounts.

 • Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations.

 • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
