Cost Control Manager

Location: Al Dabaa

Job purpose:

Responsible for developing and implementing cost control systems and procedures for the company's construction projects. This includes developing budgets, tracking actual costs, identifying and managing cost variances, and reporting on cost performance. He also plays a key role in ensuring that the company complies with all applicable cost-control regulations.

Job Description:

- Develop and implement cost planning and budgeting strategies for construction projects.

- Implement robust systems to track and analyze project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

- Prepare accurate cost forecasts and provide insights into potential cost overruns or savings.

- Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.

Qualifications and Skills: 

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

-SAP User

-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

-12 to 15 years of experience
