Open position:

BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development, implementation, and maintenance of BIM models for all project phases.

• Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and project-specific requirements.

• Manage federated models and conduct quality control checks to ensure model integrity and data accuracy.

• Support design teams in model creation, coordination, and documentation.

• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and provide model updates and, issue tracking.

• Prepare 3D visualizations, clash detection reports, and other BIM-related documentation.

• Train and support project teams in BIM software tools and workflows.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders on BIM standards and deliverables.

Job Requirements:

• Very Good Knowledge (Revit - Navisworks)

• Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or similar certifications

• Experience with scripting (Dynamo, Python) or BIM automation tools.

• Very Good Knowledge (ISO 19650)
