We are hiring 

Senior Accountant & Accountant 

Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day management of financial transactions and procedures

Reconcile account payable & receivable transactions

Perform the accounts payable & receivable process to ensure payment obligations are met in accordance with accounts payable & receivable policies and procedures

Keeping track of all payments and office expenditures

Verify payroll calculations

Supervise petty cash and validate all treasury transactions

Monitoring bank accounts, managing cash flow and undertaking timely reconciliations

Maintaining AP records and documents

Communicate frequently with HQ account staff on matters relating to accounts payable & receivable transactions

Perform taxes transactions and comply with Egyptian taxes regulations & laws

support external & internal Auditors with all required data & documents during audit process

Assist Admin Manager in office administration tasks

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Account, Finance or related field required

minimum three years experience as accountant 

excellent in excel work ( VLOOKUP, pivot table, formulas ) 

Postgraduate, CPA, or CMA is preferable.

Excellent in English language is a must (writing and speaking)

Good knowledge in ERP systems (Odoo System) & MS Office

High degree of accuracy and attention to details

Maximum age is 35 years
