QC Department:

+15 years of experience in leading pharmaceutical firms, with +3 years in QC managerial roles.

 QA Department:

◼️ Compliance Section Head.

◼️Validation Section Head.

◼️Documentation Section Head.

8-12 years of experience in reputable pharmaceutical companies in Egypt with at least 2 years of experience in similar managerial roles

R&D Department:

◼️Formulation Section Head.

 8-12 years of experience in reputable pharmaceutical companies in Egypt with at least 2 years of experience in similar managerial roles.

◼️ Formulation Supervisor.

 At least 3-7 years of experience in formulation development

Production Department:

◼️ Production Section Head.

 At least 6 years of solid dosage form manufacturing experience.

◼️Production Pharmacist.

 At least 2 years of experience in packaging.

Job Requirements: 

  - Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences.

  - Up-to-date knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and related local regulations.

  - Excellent communication & presentation skills.

  - High problem-solving and attention to detail.

  - Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

  - Strong management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
