📌 HR Generalist 

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field is preferred.

● 2 - 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.

● Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

● Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

● Familiarity with payroll administration and personnel record-keeping.

● Good knowledge of Labor Law and regulations

● Has excellent English skills.

● Excellent in Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel and word.

● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Description:

● Lead full-cycle recruitment including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions.

● Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

● Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.

● Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws.

● Support payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.

● Process complaints and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions.

● Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.

 - Marsa Alam, Red Sea (20 days on / 10 days off)
