ÖKOPLAN is seeking to hire the following position:

- Senior Lead Architect, with a minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience. 

To lead and manage all project stages—from schematic design through technical coordination—for large-scale hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia, operating from our Egypt office. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in project delivery, BIM-based documentation up to LOD 350, multidisciplinary coordination, and full compliance with KSA building codes and regulations, with a focus on hospitality and mixed-use sectors.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the technical of architectural packages across all project stages—from schematic issued for tender.

* Oversee and manage BIM-based production using Revit, ensuring models are compliant, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements till LOD 350.

* Review, develop, and enforce adherence to KSA-specific regulations, codes, and standards.

* Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure technical integration and clash-free models.

* Supervise the preparation of detailed construction documents with specifications, and schedules.

* Ensure high-quality technical delivery within defined timelines and resource plans.

* Mentor and manage a team of architects, assigning tasks, checking outputs, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

* Represent the technical team in internal coordination meetings and interface with project management, BIM leads, and quality control reviewers.

* Create template for RVT, Navisworks files and families.

Required Qualifications:

* 10–15 years of proven experience in architectural practice, Prior experience working in a multidisciplinary consultancy or engineering firm environment.

* Solid experience in large-scale hospitality, mixed-use, or commercial projects in the GCC region, particularly Saudi Arabia.

* Strong knowledge of KSA codes and regulatory frameworks, including relevant authority submission processes.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams.

* Ability to troubleshoot complex issues pertaining to BIM implementation and management.

* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 

* Mandatory proficiency in Revit, including advanced BIM coordination and model management.

* Strong command of documentation workflows and quality control procedures
