Job Description
-Managing Accounts Payable: This involves processing and paying invoices from suppliers (food, beverages, cleaning supplies, etc.) ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
-Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
-Generate purchase orders when necessary.
-Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.
-Participate in month-end closing process.
-Preparing monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
-Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures.
-Assemble invoices to be completed for payment.
-Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval.
-Assist with tax preparation and reporting (as applicable).
-Upload tax invoices to E-Portal Inventory.
-Accounting: Tracking the cost of food and beverage inventory, calculating cost of goods sold (COGS), and potentially assisting with inventory counts to minimize waste and theft.
-Specialized Accounting Tasks: Depending on the department or area of focus, the accountant specialist may handle specific accounting tasks such as payroll, inventory, cost accounting, or fixed asset management.

Job Requirements
-Proven working experience as Accounts Payable.
-Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
-Proficiency in English and in MS Office.
-2-4 years of experience in the same field.
-Experience with an ERP Accounting system. Odoo preferred.
-BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
