Mosaic Holding Corporation is currently seeking a Junior Architect to support our international design operations in a fully remote capacity. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to U.S. and Canadian projects while working closely with experienced architects and technical teams across all design stages.

As a Junior Architect, you will assist in the production of high-quality architectural documentation and BIM models, while developing advanced skills in Revit and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations across all project phases

- Support the development of schematic design, design development, and construction/shop drawings under the supervision of senior architects

- Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure drawing accuracy, design consistency, and integration with other disciplines

- Participate in BIM model development using Revit, ensuring compliance with internal standards and client requirements

- Conduct research on materials, codes, and building systems as needed for project development

- Assist in coordinating with structural, MEP, and BIM teams to ensure cohesive design documentation

- Apply redlines and revisions accurately based on senior feedback and client comments

- Maintain organized project files and documentation in accordance with project protocols

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus)

- 0–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and production

- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3Ds Max, and Lumion is required

- Knowledge of BIM concepts and coordination processes

- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
