We're Hiring! Mosaic Holding Corporation is expanding its architectural team in Cairo and is currently looking for a talented Senior BIM Architect to join us on-site in Sheraton, Cairo, Egypt.

As part of our North America-focused projects, the Senior BIM Architect will support the production of high-quality technical documentation and manage BIM deliverables across all project phases. This is a key role within our international operations, perfect for someone with strong Revit skills and multidisciplinary coordination experience.

Job Title: Senior BIM Architect

 Location: Sheraton, Cairo, Egypt (On-site)

 Reports To: Architecture Production Manager

 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate actively in the production of schematic design, design development, and construction documentation using Revit and ACC.

- Develop accurate and detailed BIM models in compliance with project standards and U.S. architectural documentation norms.

- Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure model integrity through clash detection, model auditing, and quality checks using tools like Navisworks.

- Collaborate with other disciplines (MEP, structural, civil) to ensure seamless integration of architectural and engineering systems.

- Support the Architecture Production Manager in implementing BIM protocols, managing templates, and enforcing company-wide Revit standards.

- Review and redline drawings for accuracy, technical quality, and consistency.

- Mentor junior architects and BIM technicians on modeling practices, Revit techniques, and project-specific protocols.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline

- (+5) years of experience in architectural production, with a strong portfolio of Revit-based projects

- Advanced proficiency in Revit, BIM, and Navisworks; strong understanding of BIM coordination practices

- Excellent knowledge of architectural detailing, building systems, and technical documentation

- Solid experience working on multidisciplinary projects with coordination across trades

- Fluent, professional English (spoken and written)

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines

- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within international teams

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with U.S. codes, standards, and construction methods

- Experience working with or for North American architectural firms

- LEED knowledge or experience in sustainability documentation

- Autodesk Certification or BIM-related credentials are a plus
