We Are Hiring Now (Facility Engineer):

Key Responsibilities

 • Manage and supervise the maintenance and repair of building structures, including foundations, roofing, pavements, drainage systems, and other civil works.

 • Plan, coordinate, and oversee renovation and construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management.

 • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve structural, safety, or operational issues.

 • Ensure that facilities comply with local, state, and federal building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

 • Manage and maintain records of maintenance activities, asset condition reports, and project documentation.

 • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and consultants for facility-related services.

 • Develop preventive maintenance programs for civil infrastructure and ensure their implementation.

 • Provide technical expertise during emergency response and disaster recovery planning related to facility structures.

 • Support energy efficiency initiatives, sustainability projects, and space optimization efforts.

Working Conditions

 • Primarily office-based with frequent site visits to monitor projects which responsible for the flying team and facility conditions.

Qualifications

 • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.

 • Minimum [2-4] years of experience in facility engineering, with a civil background.

 • Familiarity with facility management systems (CAFM/CMMS) and AutoCAD or similar design software.

 • Project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor oversight.

 • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
