Quality engineer

Job responsibilities 

- Perform receiving inspection on all incoming materials

- Ensure proper implementation of the system policies, procedures, and work instructions. 

- Ensure proper implementation of the GMP, food safety and other QA measures and protocols throughout the factory and warehouses.

- Report any incident of violations once identified, and recommend actions to eliminate and prevent recurrence, then follow up the implementation of the approved actions. 

- Prepare quality reports and certificates of analysis as per company system and ensure genuine facts and data are logged in all records and reports. 

- Conduct hygiene inspections throughout the factory and warehouses

Play his role to ensure attaining company and quality department’s objectives.

- Participate in internal quality and food safety audits 

- Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety measures throughout the factory and warehouses, and report any violation detected

Exploring opportunities for improvement of the systems and product while reducing costs.

Job requirements.

- A bachelor’s degree food technology or equivalent.

- 1-3 years of experience in food industry.

- Good command of English language

- Microsoft Office skilled user. 

- Comprehensive knowledge of inspection and testing methods, as well as production systems.

- Proficiency in understanding and drafting technical reports and documents
