We Are looking for a new member to join our HR department as a : 

( HR Specialist- Geant Market store based ) 

Key Responsibilities:

Post and announce vacancies on different recruitment channels (social media, online recruitment websites) for White and blue collars to develop database for hiring needs.

Conducts HR interviews and manage the technical interview process.

Creating and maintaining Employees Master file.

Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes.

Update new employee information and various employee changes after verifying necessary documentation and approvals have been obtained.

Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues. / Answering employees' questions regarding their benefits and compensation options and assisting with the administration of their benefits.

Conduct monthly payroll closing by addition of newly hired employees and activation of transfers in addition to any other transactions to be added/deducted from employee salary; send to C&B department for processing.

Creating and maintaining personnel records/files for each employee.

Manage HR-related documentation and reports in compliance with legal.

Other Personnel Related tasks such as handling employee’s daily inquiries.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of [1-3] years of experience in an HR role.

Cairo and Giza residence only!

Retail supermarket experience is a must
