Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced senior personnel Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing social insurance documentation and overseeing all government inspections
- Oversee and manage all onboarding processes for new hires.
- Administer employee contracts, renewals, and terminations.
- Maintain and update employee records in line with labor regulations and company policies.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll-related data.
- Supervise the clearance process for departing employees.
- Develop and maintain the organizational chart.
- Collect payroll variables from line managers for processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3:5 years of HR experience, with a focus on personnel management and recruitment.
- Must have expertise in social insurance, experience in liaising with government agencies, and the ability to handle surprise inspections effectively
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
