We're Hiring: Construction Manager | Real Estate Developer 

 We're looking for a Construction Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the successful execution of our real estate projects from the ground up.

📍 Location: Sherouk 

 Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage all on-site construction activities.

· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

· Monitor quality, safety, and compliance standards.

· Provide progress updates and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

✅ Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

· 7+ years of experience in construction management (real estate projects preferred).

· Strong leadership and organizational skills.

· Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on schedule.

· Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
