Job Title : Senior MEP Engineer

Company: [Tiba] Construction

Project Location : Cairo (6 October)

Responsibilities:

well Knowledge In MEP Works (Plumbing , HVAC Systems ,Fire fighting Lighting ,power and light current Systems)

Lead the execution and management of MEP systems

Develop and review MEP design calculations, plans, and specifications to meet project requirements and industry standards

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and applicable codes

Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs

Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance on best practices and technical issues

Oversee the selection and specification of materials and equipment for MEP systems

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget by coordinating schedules and resources effectively

Conduct energy modeling and analysis to promote energy efficiency and sustainability in design

Stay current on emerging technologies, trends, and regulations in the MEP field to enhance engineering practices

Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project documentation to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field

6 to 8 years of experience in MEP design and construction work

kills in Plumbing and the design of Building Services

Experience and in-depth knowledge of MEP Coordination and its associated workflows

Knowledge and skills in Electrical Engineering, as well as MEP design and construction workflows

Knowledge and skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design and construction workflows

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and project managers

Familiarity with BIM and MEP software is highly desirable
