Job Summary:
We are expanding our team and looking for passionate and talented individuals to join us at BIMLEAD.

For Senior BIM Electrical Engineer, we’re seeking someone with proven experience in BIM coordination and electrical design leadership.

For Junior BIM Electrical Engineer, we’re looking for motivated candidates eager to grow and develop in a supportive, professional environment.

Open Positions & Responsibilities:

1. Senior BIM Electrical Engineer
Lead BIM electrical coordination and modeling using Revit and Navisworks.

Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, mechanical, and site teams.

Ensure all models and designs meet project specs and relevant standards.

Supervise and mentor junior BIM engineers.

2. Junior BIM Electrical Engineer
Draft and model 2D/3D electrical systems: cable trays, conduits, lighting, power, panels, etc., using Revit.

Ensure designs comply with local/international codes (NEC, IEC, IEEE, BS, etc.).

Coordinate with MEP and structural disciplines.

Assist in design reviews, clash detection, and technical issue resolution.

Maintain high-quality output within project timelines.

Follow Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.

Requirements (All Applicants):
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Senior: 3–7 years of experience in BIM Electrical.

Junior: 1–3 years of experience in BIM Electrical.

Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360.

Familiarity with international codes and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Deep understanding of electrical systems: LV, LC, lighting, grounding, etc.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
