Sorouh Developments is hiring:
" Indirect sales operation specialist "

- Collect documents from real estate agencies and ambassadors (ID card/passport, commercial registration, tax card) and review the detailed information, then create the contract and send it in PDF format to the owner of the real estate agency for signature.
- Follow up on contract expiration dates and communicate with agencies for renewal.
- Review prepared real estate contracts and send them to the operations manager for signature.
- Create a dedicated WhatsApp group for each real estate agency, add sales representatives to it, provide them with all required materials and updated policies, and follow up on agency requests with sales team members daily.
- Create a new channel for the real estate agency in the system.
- Update the daily report with contract documents and expiration dates.
- Work in parallel with daily sales transactions conducted through real estate agencies or ambassadors, collect all units sold by each agency or ambassador in separate tables, and then send a report of the units sold for each agency separately via email at the end of each month, no later than the 31st of the month, to ensure the receipt of due financial claims from the agencies based on contract reports.
- Prepare a monthly report of real estate transactions due for payment based on contracted deals and the validity of agency contracts or documents, and send it to the "operations manager" for review and application of commission rates.
- Issue analytical reports on all real estate agencies monthly and send them to the management director.

Requirements:
- Should have experience in Real Estate field.
