Site Engineer Manager **

- Project Oversight:
Plan, execute, and manage installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of site engineers, ensuring adherence to technical standards and safety protocols.
- Client Focus:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Application:

- Apply your MEP expertise to resolve on-site challenges, optimize installations, and ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Operational Excellence:

- Continuously seek ways to improve project efficiency, manage costs, and enhance quality while meeting regulatory and safety standards.
- Proven work experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role
 Collaborate and communicate asynchronously
 Document all the things so you don’t need to learn the same thing twice
 Have an enthusiastic, go-for-it attitude
 Relevant training and/or certifications as a Site Reliability Engineer
*Job Requirements*
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP). 
- PMP certification is a significant advantage.
 7–10 years in project management within manufacturing or construction industries, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience with cold storage or clean room installations is highly desirable.
