Vacancy: Senior Architect
Location: District 5

Part of the duties/responsibilities:
-Review architectural drawings and design packages submitted by external consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
-Lead coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines throughout the design and execution phases.
-Organize and manage meetings with local consultants and ensure smooth communication and alignment.
-Respond to site RFIs and technical queries related to architectural scope.
-Assist in the preparation and review of tender packages, technical specifications, and BOQs.
-Coordinate with the procurement team to follow up on architectural and fit-out packages.
-Monitor site progress and ensure design compliance during construction.
-Coordinate with the site team to address architectural issues and ensure timely resolution.
-Prepare and review architectural documentation required for project handover to clients, including as-built drawings, manuals, and certificates.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
-7+ years of experience in architectural design.
-Proven experience in coordination with international and local consultants.
-Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
-Proficient use of AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and coordination tools such as Navisworks.
