Experience in the field of contracting

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
- Prepare Design Drawings, Design Calculations, Shop Drawing, Quantity and Technical Specifications
- Conduct quantity surveying for required materials to proceed in submitting the purchase request.
- Compare quantity survey quotes with the actual implemented work to prepare the Client and Subcontractor Interim Payment.
- Prepare project reports such as RFI, IR,MIR,RFP & PR.
- Follow up the site's work.
- Prepare material submittals for material approvals and keep its records for following up and tracing.
- Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the direct manager to follow up the work and solve problems.
- Implement HSE policies and regulations.
