El Salam for Contracting & General Supplies is looking to hire:

- Civil Site Planning Engineer (Alex Residence is Preferred)

Job Description:

1-Study the Scope of Work as per Contract Documents to prepare comprehensive Schedule.

2-Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Using Mapping Sheets to Create detailed Project Schedule in Primavera.

3-Prepare Engineering, Procurement and Erection Schedule.

4-Calculate Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement for each stage of the project

5-Prepare Equipment Plan, Manpower Histograms, S Curve & Organization Chart for Awarded and Expected Projects.

6-Discuss Sequence & Priorities with concerned staff and incorporate their inputs in execution schedule.

7-Progress updating of construction schedule with reference to Base Schedule on weekly or biweekly basis

8-Coordinate closely with site Engineers to ensure work sequence and priorities are in-line with construction requirements.

9-Notify PM team in advance to prepare recovery plan, schedule variances to avoid delays.

10-Prepare periodical External reports for the client including the schedule updates, resource histograms, S-curve, work volume and areas of concern.


Job Requirements

1- Alex Residence is preferred.
2-Primavera P6.
3-MS Office Programs.
4-SAP ERP System is a plus.
5-(3-5) years of Experience.
6-Good Knowledge of Delay Analysis Techniques.
