Drats Travel LLC is seeking a highly experienced Financial Manager to oversee and manage all financial operations within the tourism sector. This role is ideal for a strategic and detail-oriented finance professional with a strong background in tourism and a proven track record in financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (GAAP, IFRS).

Monitor the financial health of the organization and provide strategic insights.

Collaborate with executive leadership to support business growth and financial efficiency.

Lead and develop the finance team while ensuring accuracy in all financial operations.

Analyze market trends, prepare financial reports, and offer solutions to improve profitability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.

Proven experience in the tourism industry is a must.

In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.

Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
