Power Station Mechanical Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Power Plant Technology, or a related field

Job Description:

We are looking for a Power Station Mechanical Specialist to join our Engineering team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the long-term sustainability and reliability of our power station. This position will support knowledge transfer from our expat specialist and contribute to developing local talent, strengthening the station’s operational efficiency.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Power Plant Technology, or a related field

• 5–10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a power plant or heavy industrial environment

• Strong hands-on experience with MAK (CAT), Wartsila, and Cummins engines

• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting, alignment, and overhauls

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals

• High attention to detail and strong safety awareness

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Location & Work Schedule:

• Location: Sukari Gold Mine, Marsa Alam, Red Sea

• Work Schedule: 20 days on / 10 days off

• Home-to-site transportation provided

• Full accommodation provided
