Senior AP Accountant

Location : Sheraton

Key Responsibilities:

-Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and contractors.

-Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

-Maintain accurate records of all payable transactions.

-Prepare reports related to accounts payable and project expenditures.

-Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial controls.

-Assist with audits and financial reporting.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

-3–5 years of experience in a payable accountant role within the real estate or construction industry.

-Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

-High attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
