Planning Team Leader Engineer

Senior Planning Engineer

Nort Coast - Based site

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Planning Engineer located in North Coast. The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for planning, project control, and utilizing analytical skills for effective planning. Communication skills will be key in coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.

Ensure the issuing of project schedule whether in tender or construction phase with the most appropriate planning methodology.

Monitor the project progress to assure that the project progress complies with the estimated base schedule to ensure and align that all the projects’ planning processes are implemented based on the planning procedures.

Deliver a complete suite of cost-control services and financial support for projects.

Ensure the use of the project cost control strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles and responsibilities and ensuring the adherence to the safety, environmental, financial, business and project guidelines.

Handle all different multiple projects for the company regarding all the engineering planning activities.

Review, develop baseline schedule / recovery / tender schedule and assign the project resources in details as well as the costs & cash flow.

Integrate the different disciplines of the project in the schedule to meet each discipline’s requirements and constraints.

Prepare and issue Schedule Narrative to assist tender department in preparing the method of statement for the project in tender stage.

Review summary report and any prepared data issued by the Planning Engineer necessary to develop the project’s schedule.

Participate in developing logistics plan for the project during the construction phases in coordination with the Commercial and Operational Department.

Qualifications:

Edu: BSc of Civil Engineering

EXP: 5 to 10 years experience in planning and project control

Experience in the construction industry is a plus

Proficiency in relevant planning software

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
