Bridge-FMCG Holding Group is hiring a Chief Accountant.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Benha, Al Qalyubiyah.

-The General Accountant Section Head is responsible for overseeing and executing accounting functions in our group of factories, under the guidance of the Finance Director. The role ensures accurate financial reporting and supports efficient financial operations in alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting surprise and periodic inventory counts of the treasury, identifying any discrepancies, preparing the necessary reconciliations and related entries, monitoring all disbursement documents, reviewing daily treasury transactions, and presenting this information to the Finance Manager.

2. Preparing other accrual entries (depreciation, electricity, telephone, gas, rents, etc.) monthly.

3. Following up on the task of requesting bank statements, preparing the necessary reconciliation notes, and presenting this information to the Finance Manager.

4. Maintaining all accounting documents in appropriate files and organizing them properly for easy access when needed.

5. Preparing the required weekly and monthly analytical reports on operating and financing expenses and other revenues.

6. Preparing and recording revenues from the sale of waste and operational waste, and following up on their collection from customers, per the price list and its amendments approved by the responsible manager.

7. Preparing the weekly financial needs report at the end of each week for disbursement starting the following week.

8. Assist in preparing trial balances, periodic financial positions, and the budget.

9. Participating in periodic and annual inventory operations and conducting inventory reconciliations and settlements.

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting experience, with a preference for experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.

- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
