QC Site Engineer 

 Accountabilities and duties:

-Conduct daily site inspections/walkthroughs to monitor work in progress for compliance with specification and design/shop drawings, and report any non-compliance using standard procedures to the quality manager for necessary actions. Aim for defect / non-compliance-free product

-Coordinate and perform Inspection and test activities using a relevant inspection test plan, ensuring that completed works conform and are ready for final inspection by the engineer. Inspection should pass from first-time submission.

-Receiving inspection and testing of Materials coordination with test laboratory for sampling.

-Monitor and check the revision status of drawings used on-site by the construction team including subcontractors, to ensure that no superseded drawings are at the point of use.

-Monitor storage area and take necessary action to prevent damage. Report unacceptable practices to the quality manager.

-Ensure all original copies of records are handed over to the document & data controller.

 Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

- 2+ years of experience in the QC/QA Department 

- Bridges sector experience is a plus 

- Proficient in English

- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Productivity Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Understanding of the QA Process.

- QMS 9001 / TQM Certified is a plus
