Egyptian German Automotive "EGA" is looking to hire for the following position: 

 Job Title: Costing and Controlling Manager 

 Job Requirements:

 · Bachelor’s degree in accounting /finance is a must.

-CMA/CPA is a must.

 · 10+ years of experience across finance and accounting operations, with at least 3 years in a financial analysis and reporting role.

-Automotive manufacturing or industrial background is a Preferred.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

 -Data analysis , Analytical thinking, Problem Solving and leadership skills .

- Hard worker dedicated and ambitious.

- Oversee all the costing activities, financial analysis and reporting, and perform budget control across EGA’s production lines and shared services.

-Track, monitor, and analyze actuals costs of manufacturing and operational expenses against planned budgets, identify variances, and work with the management team on designing cost efficiency plans.

- Monitor and oversee the production costs and participate in the pricing activities aiming at increasing the profitability and optimizing the cost of production.

-Oversee the inventory and stock control activities to optimize costs while ensuring a timely and accurate availability of needed stock in alignment with the supply chain team.

- Oversee the bill of material activities in alignment with the vehicle engineering team and ensure timely and accurate implementation of BOM changes that affect the overall cost and financial data.

- Analyze all types of costs in the core business operations as well as non-core activities and proactively drive process improvements and cost control techniques where applicable.

-Budget deviation (reporting and corrective actions)

 Work Conditions: 

 * Location: 4th Industrial Zone, 6th of October City.

 * 2 Days off.

 * Transportation is provided.
