Job Description
Vacancy: Document Controller
Location: District 5
Part of the duties/responsibilities:
-Review the completeness and correctness of all submitted documents belonging to assigned department/function.
-Follow-up with concerned stakeholders on missing signatures, addendums, and other documentation.
-Receive, sort, and store all incoming and outgoing project documents (technical documents developed by both Marakez and external consultants (design documents, contracts, schedules, budgets, permits and approvals, progress and performance reports), tender committee documents, and any other documents as required by document control policy.
-Handle scanning and uploading of live documents into Library.
-Develop key search string references for all documentation uploaded into system to ease process of searching for documents.
-Distribute documents to internal and external parties and as required by Marakez stakeholders.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
-3-5 years of experience in document control (real estate experience is a must).
