We’re Hiring: General Ledger (GL) Section Head! 

Systems Engineering of Egypt (SEE) is looking for a skilled and experienced GL Section Head to join our Finance Department. If you’re passionate about financial accuracy, closing processes, and leading with excellence, this is your next big opportunity!

📍 Location: Nasr City, Egypt

  Department: Finance

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee the monthly accounting closing cycle, including accruals, provisions, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, intercompany, AP, AR, and recurring entries.

✔ Review, investigate, and correct inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.

✔ Support the financial statement close process by reviewing journal entries and reconciliations.

✔ Prepare and review bank and balance sheet reconciliations.

✔ Ensure proper income and expense recognition and timely preparation of schedules (accruals, prepaids, receivables).

✔ Maintain audit trails and documentation for all GL activities.

✔ Deliver timely and accurate monthly and quarterly balance sheets and income statements.

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

 8+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

 Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations. 

 Preferred background in large-scale IT projects.
