We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Azzrk - أزرق

Key responsibilities will include:

- Generating and sending out invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.

- Posting and reconciling payments to customer accounts.

- Following up on outstanding invoices and resolving any discrepancies.

- Communicating with customers to address billing inquiries and facilitate prompt payment.

- Maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.

- Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to address customer payment issues.

- Generating reports on accounts receivable aging and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and best practices.

📍location: Mansoura- Talkha

Salary: depends on the candidate's level of experience
