Location: Maadi, Cairo

Technical profile/ Your duties:

Define and implement the firm’s BIM strategy, standards, and digital workflows.

Lead the transition and development of BIM adoption across departments and projects.

Ensure alignment of BIM practices with the company’s business goals and client requirements.

Supervise, mentor, and support BIM coordinators, modelers, and technicians.

Assess and build team capacity by identifying training needs and setting development plans.

Allocate resources across projects, ensuring efficient workload distribution.

Oversee BIM execution plans (BEP) and ensure project teams are compliant.

Review models for quality, coordination, and adherence to project standards.

Support interdisciplinary coordination between architecture, structure, and MEP teams using BIM tools.

Develop and maintain BIM libraries, templates, and company-wide standards.

Ensure QA/QC of BIM deliverables across all projects.

Implement model auditing routines and clash detection protocols.

Evaluate, test, and implement new BIM tools, technologies, and plug-ins.

Collaborate with IT for hardware/software optimization for BIM operations.

Drive innovation in digital design and construction methodologies (e.g., 4D, 5D BIM, scan-to-BIM).

Represent the company in BIM-related client meetings and presentations.

Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and clients on BIM scope and requirements.

Ensure deliverables meet client BIM protocols and standards.

Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and project-specific BIM plans.

Report on BIM KPIs, adoption rates, project support status, and challenges to senior management.

Who we are looking for?

From +15 years Experience.

Bachelor’s Degree (required) in one of the following fields: Architecture - Civil Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering

Certified BIM Manager is a must. 

PMP or equivalent is preferable.

Proficient in Architectural programs and plugins ex: Architectural Revit – Navisworks - Dynamo - AutoCAD – Environmental Simulation programs.

You are fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
