We’re Hiring Senior Tendering & Cost Estimation Engineer | Modern Interiors !

Modern Interiors is expanding its team and looking for a highly skilled Senior Tendering & Cost Estimation Engineer with a background in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

If you have a sharp eye for detail, solid market awareness, and a passion for accuracy, we want to hear from you!

Your Role Will Include:

Preparing technical and financial proposals for fit-out and construction projects

Analyzing drawings, BOQs, and specifications to produce competitive cost estimates

Coordinating with technical and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing

Participating in tender reviews and advising on cost-effective solutions

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Arch/Civil/Mech/Elect Engineering

4+ years of relevant experience in tendering and cost estimation

Strong knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and construction methodologies

Experience with design & build and lump sum contracts

Proficiency in Excel and estimation tools
