at misr investment company it’s one of banque Misr groups construction firm located on abdeen,Cairo

1-Assist financial chief

Responsibilities 

• Extensive experience and expertise in preparing consolidated financial statements for the group. 

• Efficient receivables management. 

• Conduct periodic audits of budgets and business plans to ensure accuracy and compliance. 

• Discuss team and financial performance with finance staff on a monthly basis. 

• Create strategic business plans based on the company's financial status and forecasts. 

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential). 

• At least 10-12 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management

• experience in Odoo system 

• Extensive experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning. 

• Experience coordinating with external auditors and managing internal audits. 

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles (e.g., (iFRS, GAAP), and compliance standards.

2- Inventory management 

Responsibilities

•Forecast demand and consumption based on maintenance schedules and usage history.

•Coordinate with procurement to source materials and manage vendor relationships.

•Track inventory movement across multiple warehouses or facility sites .

•Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular audits, and investigate discrepancies.

•Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure timely availability of materials for planned and unplanned work orders.

Job Requirements 

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Supply Chain.

•Minimum 2 years of experience in store/inventory accounting.

•Familiarity ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP).

• Strong Excel and data entry skills.

•Attention to detail and organizational skills.
