We are seeking a dynamic Development Manager to be part of our growing team: 

 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

- B.Sc. degree in Engineering.

- 10+ years of experience. 

- Real Estate industry background is a must.

The role of Development Manager will cover the following:

-Project Leadership:

• Lead the development lifecycle from feasibility and concept design through approvals, procurement, construction, and handover.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk profiles with clear reporting to executive leadership.

- Feasibility & Business Case Development:

• Conduct highest and best use studies, market research, and financial modeling (IRR, NPV, ROI).

• Cash flow management for ongoing projects.

-Design & Approvals:

• Oversee concept design, architecture, and engineering coordination.

• Liaise with government authorities and planning consultants to secure all required permits and approvals.

- Execution Oversight:

• Collaborate with Project Management, Cost Control division, and Construction teams to monitor execution.

• Ensure adherence to quality, budget, and schedule objectives.

- Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate across internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance) and external partners (consultants, municipalities, landlords).

• Act as project leader in steering committees and leadership reviews.
