Elite construction is seeking a qualified and motivated Tender Engineer to join our dynamic team in [Sheraton].

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review tender documents including BOQs, specifications, and technical submissions.

Analyze project requirements, drawings, and specifications to determine costing and timelines.

Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams to gather accurate data.

Communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for tender clarifications.

Ensure all tender submissions are delivered on time and comply with client requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil field).

3 years of experience in tendering.

Strong knowledge of pricing, estimation, and contract review.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., CCS, Candy, etc.).
