We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to join our dynamic team!

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Treasury Manager to oversee the company’s financial liquidity, cash flow, and banking relationships. The ideal candidate will manage all treasury-related activities, ensure optimal use of funds, and provide financial strategies that support the company’s growth—particularly in the fast-paced world of exports and imports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.

• Develop and implement treasury policies, cash management strategies, and internal controls.

• Monitor and forecast short-term and long-term cash positions.

• Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms for credit facilities, loans, and FX operations.

• Prepare treasury reports, including cash position reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.

• Support finance and accounting teams in bank reconciliations and audits.

• Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications like CFA or CTP is a plus).

• Minimum 7 years of experience in treasury, finance, or cash management—preferably in export/import or FMCG sectors.

• In-depth knowledge of treasury operations, financial instruments, and banking products.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software/tools.
