Fawry is Hiring ( Training Specialist)
Experience: Fresh graduate (0-6 months) with a student activity background.
♦️Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
♦️Key Responsibilities:
- Identify skill gaps and plan employee, development.
- Update and improve training materials.
- Develop standardized training content
- and evaluation forms.
- Deliver training sessions to employees.
- Assess employees post-training and
- Provide feedback.
- Prepare reports on training progress.
