Section Head - Maintenance and Equipment 

Job purpose: 

Will be responsible for implementing and handling the maintenance, repair, and replacement of construction equipment and machinery.

Job Description:

1. Assist in managing budgets for equipment maintenance and replacement.

2. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize maintenance expenses.

3. Monitor equipment lifecycle costs and make strategic decisions to maximize return on investment.

4. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend lifespan.

5. Establish maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

6. Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.

7. Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

- 7 to 10 years of experience 

- Proven experience in equipment maintenance and management, preferably in the construction industry

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
